4 GTA Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Introduction & General Terms

4 GTA (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 4 GTA website (4gta.app) and its mobile application.

By registering with 4 GTA or using the platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read this document carefully in full before opening an account.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use gaming services on 4 GTA:

• You must be at least 18 years old. 4 GTA is not available to anyone under the age of 18.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must register an account in your own name and for your own use only. Managing an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• 4 GTA employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to bet or play on the platform.
• 4 GTA may request proof of identity and age at any time for verification purposes.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual may register only one account on 4 GTA. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all will be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Your name, address, mobile number, and date of birth must all be correct. If an account is opened with false information, 4 GTA reserves the right to close that account at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (account verification) is completed.
• A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification purposes.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for more than 6 months).

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

4 GTA currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Available payment methods may change from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.
• All transactions are monitored in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.

4 GTA does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount, as specified in each individual offer.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any bonus that expires within this period will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 4 GTA reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 4 GTA reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Any involvement in match fixing or fraud will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and event.
• During live betting, some bets may be declined due to network delays.
• 4 GTA's decision is final in the event of any dispute.

Gaming outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that meets international standards and is regularly audited by independent third parties.

Responsible Gaming

4 GTA believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction. We encourage all our members to game responsibly.

• Each account allows you to set your own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months can be applied if needed.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is also available — once chosen, the account cannot be reopened.

Account Suspension & Termination

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or commit fraud.
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or any malicious software.
• In cases of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• If found to be under 18 years of age.

Whether any remaining balance is returned upon account closure will depend on the nature of the violation and the outcome of the investigation.
